We at Xzbitz Boutique take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our sarees. All orders go through strict quality checks before dispatch. As a standard policy:

Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible, you must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase and unboxing video (mandatory).

Refunds will be processed as store credits or to the original payment method (based on approval).
❗ Note: We do not accept returns for reasons like dislike of color, material preference, or size unless it’s due to a genuine error on our part.
