We at Xzbitz Boutique take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our sarees. All orders go through strict quality checks before dispatch. As a standard policy:

  • Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • To be eligible, you must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase and unboxing video (mandatory).

  • Refunds will be processed as store credits or to the original payment method (based on approval).

Note: We do not accept returns for reasons like dislike of color, material preference, or size unless it’s due to a genuine error on our part.
